 Completely constructed in steel. Piston in chrome plated steel with a working stroke which completely squeezes the marc in one pass. Automatic entralised electric panel. Micro-contact pressure gauge adjustable to the desired pressure from 0 to 350 Atm. Drive with single or three phase oil-bath motor. Version with one extractable cage and special cart or with two cages and two carts. The ERCOLE press is supplied standard with a aisi 304 stainless steel cage plate. Cage rings and presser plate in aisi 304 stainless steel available upon request, two speed manual control unit, cage staves in polyethylene for greater hygiene.
